Logan International Airport has recently unveiled a new connector connecting Terminals B and C, as well as an impressive expansion to Terminal E, among various other enhancements. However, as of now, these improvements have not managed to elevate the airport’s passenger satisfaction rating when compared to its major metropolitan airport counterparts.
In the latest annual rankings by J.D. Power, Logan Airport is positioned at 16th place out of 20 in terms of customer satisfaction, showing a modest improvement of just one position compared to the previous year. These rankings take into account six key factors, with terminal facilities being the most significant, followed by airport arrivals and departures, baggage claim, security checks, check-in/baggage services, and food, beverage, and retail offerings.
